Our Commitment to you is to book clients with the appropriate amount of time in order to provide the most relaxing Spa experience possible. Due to this, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. A cancellation fee will be applied if the appointment is canceled same day or if the client does not come to the scheduled appointment.  If your pet isn't feeling well please reschedule for another day! (no cancellation fee will be applied)
